I expected a bit more from this. Sometimes the rice turns out totally fine, but other times it’s way too wet at the bottom or kind of dry on top. I’ve tried adjusting the water levels a bunch, but it still feels hit or miss. For the price, I really thought it would be more reliable.

"I thought this was going to be big..."
I thought this was going to be big enough when I ordered it, but yeah... it really wasn’t. The capacity feels a lot smaller than I expected from the listing.
It fills up super fast, so I keep having to make extra batches which gets old quickly. If you’re cooking for more than just 1 or 2 people, I don’t think this is the best fit.
Maybe I missed a detail somewhere, but the size info didn’t feel very clear to me. Disappointed overall, I was hoping it would be more useful.

It keeps things warm for the most part, but the temperature can be kinda inconsistent sometimes. Not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed...

"Customer service was kinda frustrating"
The product itself was okay, but trying to get help from customer service was kinda a hassle. It took a few days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really answer my question. I ended up having to explain the same issue again, which was annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I expected a bit better.

The website could use a refresh. The overall design feels a bit old and cluttered, so browsing it isn’t as smooth or enjoyable as I’d expect. It works, but the look and layout make it feel kind of behind the times

"I reached out to Tiger about a warranty..."
I reached out to Tiger about a warranty issue with my product, thinking it would be straightforward. Instead, after going back and forth for a while, I still didn’t get a clear solution. I had to keep following up, re-explaining the problem, and doing extra legwork that really should’ve been handled on their end. It was frustrating because warranty support is supposed to make things easier, not add more hassle. this experience makes me think twice about buying from them again
"Getting replacement parts was more trouble than I expected"
I needed a replacement part a while back, maybe sometime in March or April, I can’t remember exactly, and it ended up being way more of a hassle than I thought it would be. The parts were hard to track down, and I spent more time searching than actually fixing the issue. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Such a hassle to clean"
This thing is way more annoying to clean than it should be. Food gets caught in all the little spots, and every time I use it, I end up spending way too long scrubbing it out. It feels like a bad design choice.

"Not as durable as I thought it would be"
I bought this Tiger rice cooker because I always heard they were supposed to last forever, so maybe my expectations were too high? After about a year, the inner pot started peeling, and now the lid feels kind of loose, which just doesn’t seem right to me.
It still makes rice fine, so I guess it’s not totally a waste, but for the price I really thought it would hold up better. Customer support was polite enough, but they didn’t really solve anything. Am I wrong for expecting more durability from a brand like this?

"Box showed up totally smashed"
I’m not even sure if this got knocked around during shipping or before it ever went out, but the box arrived all smashed up. I thought it was supposed to come earlier, then it showed up later looking like it had been through a lot. The packaging was bad and didn’t really protect anything...
"A bit more confusing than I expected"
I figured the site would be straightforward, but I ended up feeling a little lost while using it. The layout wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped, and checkout took longer than I expected. For me, it made the whole process feel more frustrating than it needed to be

It works fine overall, so I can’t really say it’s a bad product. But for what I paid, I expected to feel a lot more impressed. It just left me feeling like the price was higher than the actual value I got from it.

"Shipping took way longer than it should have"
I waited way too long for my order to show up, and the shipping was frustratingly slow. What bothered me most was that it felt like they just made the delay my problem instead of keeping me updated or offering any real help.
